Sleepy Time Tea

So tired but can’t sleep?!

 

I know the feeling…

 

Put the kettle on and make yourself a warm cup of Sleepy Time Tea and feel yourself drift away...

This tea is packed with goodness and is just what the doctor ordered to give you a more restful nights sleep.

 

Ingredients

 

½ tsp Turmeric

½ tsp cracked Black Pepper

1 cup Soy, Almond or Oat Milk

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 Chamomile Tea Bag

Coconut Sugar or Maple Syrup to sweeten

 

Method

Place chamomile tea bag and the remainder of the ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a soft boil.

 

Pour saucepan into mug, add sweetener and enjoy.
