During my cooking classes you will learn simple recipes that are quick and easy to make.

These recipes are the exact recipes I have been eating to help my body recover from Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Depression and Obesity.

The science behind a plant-based diet cannot be ignored, but if you’re on the fence about whether or not a WFPB diet is for you, check out the amazing stories over on my podcast for more inspiration.

If you are a busy parent/carer with little people, these recipes will appease even the most fussy eaters (Not 100% Gauranteed ;-) )
