I hear so often from women who are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, bloated and pretty miserable about life.


I felt this way too and I can safely say, it's not great.


 In 2008 I was obese, constantly stressed, clinically depressed, living in chronic pain from Fibromyalgia, TMI but I was chronically constipated, experiencing monthly bouts of candida and I been living with the uncertainty of Multiple Sclerosis since 2004.

In the August of that year, I woke up unable to feel anything from the waist down. 

I couldn't even feel myself pee...

Needless to say I was terrified.

Something had to change and I couldn't take the easy way out.

That day I made a commitment to my health.

I made a commitment to ME.

Once I discovered how to stop feeling 'meh' and start feeling AMAZING (I'm not even exaggerating), I felt an obligation to spread the word and help other people do the same.

That was almost 10 years ago now and my journey thus far has been nothing short of incredible.

I've lost over 35kg, I'm no longer medicated for depression because I'm no longer depressed, I can think clearly for the first time ever, I have no issues with constipation or candida, I'm not longer in pain and I have not had a symptom or relapse from my MS since!

So you can see why I might be a little excited to be able to support women like YOU, to discover the healing benefits of whole, plant foods, combined with a pinch of self care, in the hope that you can all feel a lot less miserable and enjoy life a whole lot more!
