Mixed Berry & Banana Super Smoothie
/Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 tbsp raw brown rice vanilla protein powder
1 soup spoon Chia Seeds
1 soup spoon Hemp Seeds
1 ripe (spotty) banana
1 cup almond or oat milk
1 Tsp Spirulina Powder
Vanilla Extract
Method:
Blend until smooth and creamy
