Choc Peanut Bliss Balls

Note: This recipe was made with my son and mother in mind. They contain a small amount of fat from organic peanut butter in each ball, plus a small amount of raw cacao, so are not in line with the Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis dietry recommendations for fat and caffeine content.

These balls are quick and easy to make and are packed with nutrients, minerals, vitamins and energy. They are a really tasty chocolate alternative for those in your family that have a sweet tooth such as my husband.  Enjoy!



1 cup Almonds

2 Soup Spoons Mayvers Crunchy Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Cup Medjool Dates (pitted)

1 heaped Soup Spoon Mesquite Powder

2 Soup Spoons Raw Cacao Powder



Blend in High Speed Blender until mixtured is sticky and can easily be formed into balls. Refrigerate for extra deliciousness! xx
