Low-Fat Nut-Free Bliss Balls

I've been looking for a nut free bliss ball for a while as I LOVE snacking on them, so here is one of my latest for you to try!


10 - 12 pitted medjool dates

1 and 1/2 cups organic puffed quinoa

1/2 cup goji berries

1 tbsp raw vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp cacao or carob

1 cup dried apple



In a high speed blender/food processor, I like to process the goji berries and puffed quinoa first on high speed for literally only a 2-3 seconds, then I add in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Simply roll and EAT!

** You could easily roll these in coconut if you don't mind the added healthy fats - for my Multiple Sclerosis I am trying to make these as low in fat as possible.
