Tonight I whipped up this for dinner, as I have been having a love affair with chickpeas for the past week and wanted to use up the kale I had brought at the market. I love all things lemon, so I added an entire lemon to the sauce to give it that tangy-lemon-awesomeness that I love. This recipe is full of protein and iron and other minerals and nutrients and is so simple to make.
Hope you enjoy it! xx

I may have mentioned previously that I tend to cook by throwing random ingredients together in a pot and crossing my fingers, so I’m always a little nervous when I post a recipe that it may not turn out as well for you lovely folk in the remaking, as it did for me in the original dish.
So fingers crossed, but please let me know in the comments if it doesn’t turn out for you and I will endeavour to fix up the recipe for you.
