Episode 1 of When Life Gives You Lemons, GO VEGAN! is HERE!!


It's 2 months later than I’d planned and it’s safe to say I had very high hopes and perhaps a slightly unrealistic time line, but it's here! 

I’m so happy to be bringing you this podcast which is filled with incredible stories of HOPE from people who, when faced with extreme adversity, stumbled across a whole food, plant based diet and radically transformed their health and lives for the better.

There will also be interviews with doctors and other experts discussing the many benefits to living a whole food, plant based lifestyle, including the science behind how this way of eating has the potential to greatly reduce the impact of significant health concerns such as Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and many other debilitating conditions.

In today’s episode, I interview the incredible Mr Adam Guthrie, to learn how a whole food plant based diet helped him go from surviving a heart attack to completing an Iron Man Challenge in only a few short years!

Adam created an online where he coaches you how to make eating and living this way easy and sustainable via weekly meal plans, a 4 week kick start program and his wholefood, plant based cooking school.
