Episode 5 of When Life Gives You Lemons, GO VEGAN!

If this is your first time tuning in, this is a podcast filled with stories of recovery and hope for those living with chronic illness and their families and friends, to show what is truly possible when you take the road less travelled and choose a low fat, whole food, plant based (vegan) diet.

These are HOPE stories.

In today’s episode, I interview Tony and Elizabeth Boucher as they tell their personal stories of how adopting a whole food plant-based diet drastically improved Tony’s health after being struck down with chronic and debilitating fatigue, leaving him unable to work for almost two years.

We also hear how during this time, Elizabeth’s daughter, who had been living with some pretty horrific symptoms of Crohns disease, adopted this way of eating herself and is now living symptom free!
