This week I interviewed Auckland based GP Dr Mark Craig who discovered a low fat, whole food, plant based diet through a colleague and made the transition for himself.
Mark is also an athlete and I loved hearing about how making the transition effected his athletic performance and recovery times, I also now can't stop thinking about when I'm going to cycle up a volcano!!
