These last 2 weeks have been crazy busy, but somehow we made it back to our regular Sunday release! 

In this weeks episode I interviewed bikini model and body builder Amanda Fisher about her journey discovering a low fat, whole food, vegan diet to help manage the debilitating symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis (& as a pleasant aside, to become even more smoking hot!).

Since changing the way Amanda eats, she now lives almost completely pain free and without needing any medication. She is also competing in body building and bikini competitions and supporting other women to embrace a whole food, vegan diet to sustainably lose weight whilst enjoying delicious food!

Rheumatoid Arthritis can be a severely crippling disease and yet, through a low fat, whole foods, vegan diet, Amanda has overcome most of the pain she had been living with for many years and even gone on to complete a 20km Spartan race and compete in the Arnold's body building competition and she is set to compete for a second time in 2018.

Discovering this lifestyle has completely altered Amanda's career trajectory, and although she is in the process of completing a degree in Law, Amanda is so passionate about supporting women to look and feel their best that she now works full time supporting women to lose weight and feel amazing with her husband in their health and fitness business Bangin Bodz.
