Episode 10 already?! Time sure flies when you're having fun!

I was so incredibly blessed to spend 50 minutes speaking to one of the most dedicated and passionate animal rights activists of our time, the truly lovely Mr James Aspey.

In this interview James shared a little of his journey to becoming a vegan and then to becoming the animal rights activist that he is today, he also spoke about his year going voiceless for the animals, spending 24 hours getting tattooed for the animals, and baring witness at slaughter houses and how this all helps to raise awareness to the plight of animals and decrease the suffering of these animals in the future.

We also spoke about burn out, mindfulness and the importance of self care with regards to animal rights activism and how keeping a focus on joy and being positive is key to long term success when it comes to the long term pursuit of our passions.

After four pretty heavy years working full time as an activist, visiting slaughter houses, and touring the world delivering some truly epic speeches and creating literally thousands of new vegans, James shared how next year he plans to lighten up a little, move to Bali and share his message in a slightly different way, by being a shining example of veganism through more vlog style videos sharing his life, doing some breakdancing and just living day to day cruelty free.
