It's a NEW week and time for Episode 17!

This week I spoke with Alexis Nee about her personal journey overcoming severe menstrual symptoms, including Endometriosis and Asthma after adopting a low fat, whole food, vegan diet.

Some of the symptoms Alexis found improvement in included:

  • Asthma

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome

  • Reflux

  • Yearly Bronchitis

  • Insomnia

  • Fatigue

  • Heavy and long lasting periods and painful symptoms of Endometriosis

I think my brain was broken from school holidays, and thus, this episode very rapidly went from an 'interview' into a two vegans casually shooting the breeze about all things veganism with a LOT more of me talking than normal... ;-)

Alexis is now helping people make lifestyle changes to become healthier, lose weight and keep it off and you can find out how to work with her here: https://happyplantbasedliving.com/home

Enjoy this weeks episode and don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, as NEXT WEEKS episode is seriously NOT TO BE MISSED!!

Spoiler Alert!! It's with the incredible Janette Murray-Wakelin from Raw The Documentary!!

Thank you so much for listening and supporting this podcast.

Wishing you incredible health,

Corinne xx
