Hello and welcome to a belated (Christmas ;-) ) episode 69 of the podcast!

If you’re new to the podcast, this podcast is where I share people’s incredible stories of recovery from chronic diseases such as Heart Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and many, many others, after adopting a low fat, whole food, plant-based diet. These are HOPE stories for anyone living with a chronic disease.

Last episode I was thrilled to have the lovely Dr Michael Klaper on the show talking about all the wonderful benefits of a low fat, whole food, plant-based diet as well as answering all the typical concerns people might have with making the switch to a plant-based diet. This episode was with Jim Fisher who shared his personal story of growing up as an overweight child, becoming an obese adult and finally making a commitment to transforming his health from the inside out.

Jim is now a passionate personal trainer supporting people to be their best in and out of the gym with a combination of strength training, walking and a plant-based diet.
