Hello and welcome to episode 28!
This week I interviewed the super insightful Jennifer Sweda who shared her incredible story of recovery after receiving a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
As someone who has been personally effected by MS, even though I've been well now for almost 10 years due to the changes I have made to my own diet and lifestyle, I found this episode really helpful at reinvigorating my own passion and enthusiasm for this way of living.
Jennifer's story is a powerful reminder of the magical medicine that can be found in whole, plant foods, but also in the importance of educating yourself because that self education, that inner 'knowing' is key in adopting and sticking to an extreme dietary change. We need to believe in it from the inside out before we can truly commit to it and our commitment is where we start to see results that can drastically change the course of our lives for the better.
Thank you so much Jennifer for coming on the show and sharing your amazing story and thank you all for listening. I truly appreciate all of your support.
