Hello and Welcome to Episode 39!
As a mother of two little people, I got so much out of this weeks episode with seasoned plant-based professional Deborah Plowman and I know you will to!
Deb is the co-founder of my favourite supportive and informative Facebook group Whole Food, Plant-Based Aussies (You can check out co-founder Jenny Cameron's episode HERE) and also writes delicious whole food, plant-based recipes over at her blog Plant Based Family Down Under .
This week Deb shares her story of how she came to a whole food, plant-based way of eating and how she makes it work in her everyday life as a mother of growing children where she gave me so much great advice for how to get my own kids through that sometimes fussy toddler/primary school age.
Deb also told the story behind how the group Facebook Whole Food, Plant-Based Aussies was formed and how she supports people to adopt a low fat, whole food plant-based diet by helping them make the food so delicious that they never look back!

Once you have SUBSCRIBED to this podcast, select SEE ALL episodes and scroll down until you are given the option to RATE and leave a REVIEW for the podcast.
