In September, 13 women signed up for the journey with me, set some great goals for their health and had a red hot go at eating a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet for 22 days!

The work done by the women in this challenge filled my heart with so much joy and gratitude ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ

Everyone went into the challenge with a growth mindset, hoping for the best, being excited for the opportunity to take 22 days to be supported in taking some time to give back to themselves and to try something NEW.

There was no guilt, judgement, shame or blame for the times when things didn't go as perfectly as they'd planned, just LOVE!

Life doesn't move in a straight line, so this challenge supports those ebbs and flows in our health journey.

This challenge is about trying out a whole food, plant based diet for optimal health, increased energy and weight loss, but it's so much more.

It's about self love. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™

I'm still following up on the overall results of this challenge, but so far I can report:

- many women advised they now feel empowered and more in control of the way they eat and able to make healthier choices

- women getting more organised and creative in the kitchen

- 3.7kg of weight loss in the 22 days of the challenge!

- a feeling of eating in alignment with their values

And this is just off the top of my head! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ˜
